Cardio Kickboxing
Cardio Kickboxing is an exhilarating fitness class combining martial arts techniques with cardio. You’ll throw punches, kicks, and knee strikes to upbeat music for a full-body workout. It boosts stamina, coordination, and agility, while also being a fantastic stress reliever. Accessible for all levels, it’s a dynamic way to burn calories and build confidence.
Dutch Style Kickboxing
This Dutch-style Kickboxing class blends traditional Muay Thai techniques with Western boxing, focusing on powerful combinations, high-intensity conditioning, and relentless pressure. Suitable for all levels, the class begins with a dynamic warm-up including shadowboxing, mobility drills, and partner movement to improve coordination and agility.
Students then move into pad work and partner drills that emphasize the signature Dutch approach: fast-paced, fluid combinations of punches, low kicks, knees, and tight defensive maneuvers. Unlike traditional Muay Thai, Dutch-style kickboxing limits clinching and elbows, prioritizing aggressive striking and high-volume output.
Muay Thai Techniques
Our Muay Thai Techniques class delves into the “Art of Eight Limbs,” focusing on using fists, elbows, knees, and shins for striking. You’ll learn fundamental punches, powerful roundhouse kicks, devastating elbow and knee strikes, and crucial clinch techniques. Classes emphasize proper form, balance, and strategic combinations, building both physical power and mental discipline. It’s a comprehensive approach to self-defense and total body conditioning.
The Cub Club
Our youth kickboxing program – The Cub Club (Ages 6-13) – introduce kids to the fundamentals of Dutch Style Kickboxing through age-appropriate drills, partner movement, and dynamic pad work. Designed for beginners and young athletes alike, each class emphasizes foundational striking skills, physical literacy, and structured progression in a high-energy, supportive setting.
Classes begin with a playful but focused warm-up that includes agility drills, mobility work, and coordination games to prime kids for movement and improve body awareness. Students then move into technical work—light-contact partner drills and pad combinations that build timing, balance, and fluid combinations of punches, low kicks, and defensive maneuvers. The program limits clinching and sparring, focusing instead on sharp technique, fitness, and fun.
Open Mats
Our Open Mats class offers unstructured training time for all levels and disciplines. It’s a chance to drill techniques, spar with different partners, or simply flow roll at your own pace. There’s no set curriculum; instead, it’s a collaborative environment to experiment, refine skills, and connect with fellow martial artists. It’s ideal for extra practice, problem-solving, and exploring your personal game.
Women’s Only Muay Thai
Our Women’s Only Muay Thai class provides a supportive and empowering environment for women to learn the “Art of Eight Limbs.” Focus is on fundamental strikes, clinch work, and defensive techniques in a comfortable setting. Strength and Stretch blends bodyweight strength exercises with yoga classics to help improve mobility, build core stability, and promote recovery. You can expect deep stretches, controlled movements, and some light breath work designed to enhance flexibility and reset the body. Boxing Basics
Our Boxing Basics class introduces the fundamentals of boxing in a friendly environment. You’ll learn proper stance, essential footwork, and the core punches (jab, cross, hook). This class emphasizes technique and form through drills, shadow boxing, and light bag work. Heavy Bag Class
Our Heavy Bags class provides an intense, full-body workout focused on power and conditioning.
